Lifecraft Counselling
Lifecraft is a user-led organisation for adults in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area who have experience of mental health difficulties in their lives. We offer a wide range of free mental health services to help and support our Members in their wellbeing and recovery.
Lifecraft members can access free, long-term, one-to-one counselling, for up to two years that is available Monday to Friday 11am – 5pm.
NHS Counselling
The Psychological Wellbeing Service provides psychological therapy free on the NHS.

Offers free counselling and workshops.

Insight Healthcare provides talking therapies nationwide, predominantly commissioned by the NHS and local authorities, as part of the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) programme.
Currently providing 14 free-to-access talking therapy services throughout the country, we are the largest not-for-profit provider in the country.
All our services accept self-referrals, so you don’t have to go through your GP or other healthcare professional. You do need to be registered with a local GP practice before you can access support with us.
